What’s your return policy?
Return any of our products–no questions asked–within 30 days of purchase. We even pay for return shipping. You’ll need to contact our Return Department and request an RMA number. You will be required to have your invoice number to validate your warranty.

How long is the product warranty?
It depends on the type of product purchased. We have standard 1-year warranty for window film tools, also 1 year to 5 years warranty for some of the windows film series, and life-time warranty for the highest quality window film series. Please ask you rep about your warranty cards, and where is the serial number located to validate the warranty.
It is important to keep filed your serial number and warranty in case you need it.

Do you ship overseas and to P.O. boxes?
We don’t ship overseas or delivery to P.O. boxes, at this time.

Do you sell your products in Mexico?
Apollo Window Film is registered and trademark in Mexico.
